Led by a current student, free walking tours are offered everyday at 11:30 am and 3:30 pm. This 70-minute excursion is an excellent opportunity to learn more about student life and see the beautiful campus up close. All tours leave from the Stanford Visitor Center, and you can make reservations online.
On-campus parking requires permits, but visitors can park in lots or spaces designated with a green "P" or an "E" sign near the Visitors Center. Monday through Friday from 8 am and 4 pm, parking in these spots costs $1.50 per hour. On weekends and holidays, parking is usually free.
