I came to the Crowne Plaza Foster city with my husband for a short weekend getaway. From the second we checked in at the front desk, we were greeted with such a professional and a very warm welcome from the entire hotel. Mr. Ihab Marji stood out to us the most and made sure everything was just the way we had imagined our experience to be. Mr. Ihab Marji made sure that we were comfortable in the room we were staying in and offered us such a great experience. Honestly, we are definitely coming back to this hotel and we will recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. My husband and I would like to thank the entire Crowne Plaza Foster city and a special gratitude to Mr. Ihab Marji.

The room, amenities, and service were top notch and the best I have experienced in a while. There are two restaurants along with a great place to catch any one of a number of baseball games on many tv's in the bar. For those eating gluten-free, the restaurant offers a few options but not many. Rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable - this coming from someone who has a bad back. The pool is quite nice and clean with not too much chlorine that it burns the eyes. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for anyone on a business trip or on a family on vacation.

The staff was excellent. They all seem happy to work there and went out of their way to make our wedding day special. From the very beginning the event planner Lisa and Carolina made me feel welcome. Tiffany the sales person was very accommodating to our needs. The chef was superb and the bigfet spread was beautiful. All of Crowne plaza workers played a huge role in making the day seamingless. The bartender in the chit chat room was very nice to all the guest. The food servers were wonderful. They even let me know when they were closing the buffet down. I Again, I cant say enough about Lisa Triguiero who allowed me to hsve the Marco Polo room along with a sectioned off part of the club for an afterparty. Also I thank her for allowing me to store my decorations and to review beforehand what the reception would look like. Also the reception room workers made sure they returned all my personal decorations. We just enjoyed ourselves immensely.

My first night in California and honestly, what a wonderful welcome! Such a smooth pick up from SFO and the front desk was hilarious! We got a room overlooking the atrium with the palm trees and the waterfall and it was a pretty resort like! Totally didn't expect that. Didn't have much to do while waiting for our family to pick us up, so we decided to check out the hotel bar and seriously didn't want to leave. Apparently, they have DJ dancing Friday and Saturday night and we didn't make it to that, but we hope to catch that on our way back out! Love the staff here, beautiful renovation, resort-like feel, fun bartenders... HIGHLY recommend this hotel and the fun atmosphere!
