⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was traveling for the BBSW Conference for two days and stopped by here completely sleep-deprived and tired of coffee. Nikki was absolutely wonderful — she noticed how exhausted I was, took great care of me, and even surprised me with a free treat! It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture that truly made my day. Thank you, Nikki, for your warmth and amazing customer service — you really went above and beyond! 💛

This hotel is a wonderful "find" for us and we look forward to getting back there again as soon as we can. It is that terrific! We recently had the good fortune to stay here a night in October and one night last week. We found that every member of the hotel staff we came into contact with were courteous, professional and friendly and we found there was even a smiling face at the front desk when we checked out at 3:45 a.m. We also want to give a special thanks to Christina Roman who was very instrumental in taking care of all our needs, and more, in a lovely way. We couldn't have asked for anyone better than Christina! The hotel has been recently renovated and the entire lobby, visible areas and rooms that we enjoyed were modern, immaculate, comfortable with a great mattress/bedding/linens and even a classy lighted make-up mirror in the bathroom which also had plenty of counter space. It is a perfect location as it's in an area near a Costco, a shopping center, and right off the highway - yet so quiet in the rooms you never know there is traffic at all - and it's only 10 minutes from SFO if you're flying out/in. Treat yourself to a night or two here. You will be glad you did. Thank you so much to all of you at the Crowne!

Check in was easy, my room was clean, fridge was cold. Breakfast in the morning is one of the best I've had. Full spread of options and excellent servers/ service. Highly recommend staying here
