I've stayed here several times in the past, but never as a mom of a young child. We had trouble with the air conditioning in the room. I told the front desk and the sent someone up right away ans fixed it. We asked for a roll away need for or 4-year-old and within 20 mins, we had the bed. The cable service was spotty. The family channels only worked half the time and there was no guide to see what was playing on each station. Then on Saturday morning, the fire alarm went off, scaring my kid, ans me, half to death. The pool made my skin itch and I didn't really want my son swimming in it. Room service was quick, but eating at the bistro downstairs was time consuming and hard with an active kid.

I actually came here for a happy hour work event at the Clubhouse Bistro, but Google didn't list it as one of the places I've been in the opinions survey. Garlic fries didn't have much garlic. The pizza was not too exciting. Fried calamari was crispy but bland. I'd recommend eating somewhere else if you can. Costco food court is not too far from here, haha

It's ok so far, needs a bar or perhaps I'm looking in all the wrong places. Would have given a higher star rating but they accidentally overcharged my credit card by almost $3000. Hope they fix that for me or this rating will need to change hahah

Was attending a conference in March. Temperature in ballroom/restaurant and common areas was much too cold. Food in the Bistro and at buffet was good but service was extremely slow.
