I really rather enjoyed this hotel. I stayed for 3 days recently, and had a very pleasant experience for the most part. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful and accommodating; from changing days booked, to delivering a sewing kit, to extended check-out. The various restaurants were decent, with the Japanese cuisine, Tokai, having exceptional traditional cuisine. My only issue was with the lunch wait staff in the main restaurant in the atrium. They were less than helpful, and overcharged me for an espresso ($9 for a 4-shot capuccino). Overall I would say this is a 3 1/2 star hotel, not quite a 4, but given all of the amenities, I can see why it is technically given the 4 star rating. I would definitely stay here again, and look forward to doing so when I visit my company's Foster City office, hopefully in the near future

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The gym was good, food was good, and beds are good. Attentive service and fast internet and wifi. The only thing that they can improve is the price of things, but other than that its a good hotel

Was in town for a wedding and had a room here the service is excellent it's the first hotel I've been in that has waterfalls and fish swimming in a pond it was a beautiful Beautiful place to be and having freeway at access the internet service in the WiFi excellent... Excellen
