I have stayed in ...

I have stayed in many hotels because of my work. I was EXTREMELY disappointed about the front desk staff Lupe. Lupe was kind of rude with no customer service skill at all. I left my key in the room with no Photo ID with me . I understand the policy I need to show ID, but her service attitude was so cold. She tended to ignore my exist. Refused sent someone to my room and get my ID so that she can identify who I am. I will be appreciate if she has been helpful. I think she need to have more consideration for her guests if she wants to work in the hospitality industry.

Great rooms and food ...

Great rooms and food at the restaurant. The only recommendation I have is to improve the attentiveness of the service in the restaurant.

Fine hotel for business ...

Fine hotel for business travel. Nice enough rooms and food was pretty good. Hotel feels dated overall, but it looks like they're about to start a renovation. Nothing to do close by unless you're in a car. About a mile walk to the trail on the bay, but not really any things within walking distance to do other than a home Depot and few other regular stores.

Quick 1 night stay, ...

Quick 1 night stay, but definitely will return. Beautiful property and nice location. Interesting little gym space, but hey, it had everything I needed. Plenty of free parking! Next visit will be longer.
