Structure is good, staff ...

Structure is good, staff is friendly and helpful. But sucks if your goal is sleeping. It's next to a highway and you hear noise all night long as if cars are driving by your bed. Curtains closed, windows shut, still huge noise. UPDATE: They moved me to a super quiet room. Again, confirming the original great staff comment above. So my review is changed to: do not stay at room 600.

Listen I will drive ...

Listen I will drive 3 hours to stay here again for no reason! I love the Crowne Plaza. My husband is having transplant surgery we had to come here last minute to be at hospital earlier then expected. Shout out to Rich!! The guy at the front desk. He literally was so kind. He made me feel like a QUEEN. Then this morning the morning manger soo kind. They upgraded us for for free. After driving in the rain fog for 3 hours getting her almost midnight the service and kindness impeccable! You better stay here!!! Also the buffet and the staff. Jose and Raul and everyone what a gem!!!!! I loved this place so much!

Location is conveniently near ...

Location is conveniently near the freeway, dining and shopping. It is a quiet area as well, for families staying in the area. The staff is very friendly. There is breakfast option you can choose, and highly recommended - so yummy
