It is a good place

We went to Crown Plaza Hotel for a Christmas party with a group of colleagues, but the impression I got that night was the service provided to us by an employee named Maria Gomes. It was precisely the patience she showed towards one of our senior colleagues, who despite the detailed request he made at the table, she served him with great respect and excellence.

Convenient location. Room was decent. The beds were a bit firm but not bad. Had issues with the shower pressure and temperature and room was slightly dirty (not vacuumed in corners and under tables and some trash from prior guests). I wasn't aware until we checked in that there was a nightclub on the premises of this hotel. We could distantly hear the music in our room at night but not so much it kept us awake. But, the few times I had to go out to my car after dark there were lots of people smoking outside and in the garage and crossed paths with people who were intoxicated. The staff were all great. Would stay here again but probably not with children.

Housekeeping knocked on the door before the promised check time of two PM. The checkout experience was so so. This hotel needs to do better hospitality wise!
